Condolence & Memory Journal

Candle

I am very sorry to hear of Dot's passing. For many years I would watch her walk around Kathwood Circle. If I were outside she would always stop to talk, and often convinced me to walk few laps with her. It was the fall of 2018 when we last spoke. The winter set in, and so I did not notice when she quit walking. But when the spring came and went without seeing Dot I knew something must be wrong. I was thinking about her on my walk this evening, and decided to research to see what I could find out. It saddens me to see her obit, but she was a woman of strong faith, and is walking with the angels now. Rest in peace Dot, I miss you smile and kind words. I walk a few laps in your honor. : )

Never got to know my aunt dot very well. I was always under the impression that she put her faith in the works of Jesus Christ to pay for sins. I pray that is yhe case and yhat she is seted in heavenly places with him now. It's a much better place to be.

I always thought the world of this special lady. I enjoyed spending some time with her last fall remembering the good ole days at Dairy Queen. The Emerson's were always so good to me and I was blessed to have the opportunity to know them and work for them. We always had a blast!! Great memories of Dot.
