Hi, family of Barbara Rose. Your mother made my life much easier many times at Murray State,,,and she did this for many probably. Loved her voice and her knowing smile.

So sorry for your loss. We will pass the sad news to Jim, but he will not retain it.

Dear Cheryl and Joey -You must be proud to have had Barbara as a mother. As I have said many times, she was one of my favorite people. Faye and I sincerely sympathize with you at this time, but know you must have many great memories to last a lifetime. Louis Beyer

You were a shining, friendly light to me when I found myself in a dismal situation. Your kindness and friendship will remain with me always. God bless good and faithful servant.

My deepest sympathies for Barbara's family. I worked with Barbara many moons ago as a student worker in the Provost's office. We always had so much fun although I know she thought I was crazy when I would hang the ice cream sign on Jim Booth's door indicating it was a good day for him to buy us a treat! My mom passed away about 18 months ago from Alzheimer's. It is a horrible disease that eats away at both the individual and the family. I know it has been a long road for the family and want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Joe & I convey our sympathies to all of you. We have so many fond memories of quality time spent with your parents at their home as they hosted countless departmental potlucks. Good conversations & laughter came easy. We always knew there would be fun to be had & fellowship with MSU friends & students. God bless y'all.

Joey, Kim, Cheryl, Sanda, and family, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Barbara was a colleague, mentor, and very dear friend and we seldom had a conversation where I did not get an update about all of you and your careers and children. She was so proud of all of you. Praying for peace and comfort.
